Savor handcrafted cocktails and local ales under the native trees of our historic 1800's farmstead. A refined evening of Kansas heritage awaits. Settle into the glow of the Grain Bin Bar as the sun slips behind the prairie. Our experienced bartenders pour thoughtfully from sourced small batch partners including Irrigation Ales in Courtland, KS and other local makers. Cocktails are then paired with seasonal botanical ingredients from the farm making each drink an experience. Whether you’re toasting a special occasion or simply lingering after dinner, this is where the stories of Kansas land, water, and people come together in every glass.
